Our Guarantee
We ship only the freshest, highest quality flowers. If, upon prompt retrieval
from the shipper and adherence to our care instructions, your flowers do not last
close to their expected vase life, we'll happily offer a replacement or credit
toward a future order. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please notify
us immediately. As long as we hear from you within 14 days of the delivery date,
we will be happy to replace the damaged items, or offer you an appropriate credit.
Delivery
Please order by 1 pm for same day delivery. We
deliver locally to the Town of Palm Beach. Orders
placed after 1 pm will be delivered on the next business day.
We are closed and unable to deliver on Sundays.
Delivery charges are included in the price.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and Diner's Club. During the ordering process, you will be asked
to set up a Flowers of Worth account which allows you to sign in with your email
address and a password to access your billing information and address book each
time you order. |
